The time is passing on. No matter how you feel, time moves on. Today will soon be gone.
Tomorrow, it will be another day and if you are not aware of the time slipping through your hands, tomorrow will be gone too.
That's how several years have passed by since. Real things become memories and they fade away. Reality is always melting, one second at a time.
Don't try to manage this time. Manage yourself. Manage what you do at this time. That should be your choice. Choose to do something today, that makes your tomorrow better. What can you do to make your tomorrow better?
You can read a book. Listen to an audio book. Watch a training video. Go for a walk. Do some exercise. Meditate for a while. Learn a new skill. There are so many things that you can do today to make your
tomorrow better.
If you don't think about your tomorrow, you will waste your time today. You let yourself waste time because you do not worry about your tomorrow enough.
Everything that you want to have, you can have it, as long as you are ready to pay the price for it.
People don't get things because they are lucky. They get things because they deserve them. They deserve them because they paid the price for it. They had the foresight and the grit to do the work required to get what they have today.
Tomorrow, you too can be that person. You will get what you deserve. You get that by paying the price for it. By making a choice.
The biggest challenge for people to do something today about their tomorrow is that the change/result comes about slowly.
Working out today, you won't give you six-packs tomorrow. If you write a blog post today, you won't become a famous blogger tomorrow.
Starting a business today, won't make you a millionaire tomorrow.
But it is also a good thing. If it was so easy, everyone would've done it.
The fact that everyone cannot do it is the best competitive advantage you have. You can think long-term. You can invest today, not just for your tomorrow, but for the next month, for the next year, for the next decade, for the next century, and for the next millennia.
Trust me, with time, things compound and multiply.
You don't need any superpowers to become successful. You just need to make a simple choice today. Either use your time productively for something or waste it.
The currency of life is time. We all get the same amount of it. Time is the greatest leveler of all time. Life is a game. How you use this time defines whether you win in this game or not.
You have the power to make a choice already inside you. And there is no other power you need. Make a decision - a decision that will help your tomorrow to be better than it is today.
Ability Unchained, is an exhibition of products, services and crafts by special challenged people aged between 12 and 30 years.
The first edition of the event was held on 10th April, 2023 in Lagos, Nigeria and 4th August, 2023 in Accra, Ghana respectively.
